are situated close to the renowned surfing beaches of Widemouth
and Bude.
There are fifteen properties to choose
from including whitewashed period cottages and barn conversions
ideally located in the heart of the village of Marhamchurch
to a secluded farmhouse nestling in a valley that leads to
the sea.
All cottages are no-smoking.

A cottage perfect for all your needs
Court Farm, located in the centre
of the delightful village of Marhamchurch, provides a range
of typical Cornish accommodation. All cottages are beautifully
decorated and furnished and have access to a full range of
facilities for all the family; including an indoor swimming
pool and tennis court. All cottages are non-smoking.
Additionally, just up the coast at
Northcott, amidst 400 acres of farm land that leads down to
the sea, is a secluded Georgian period farmhouse that can
sleep up to 17 just perfect for house parties.

Southpark is a recently refurbished
contempory style 3 bedroomed detached bungalow with
countryside views and a large enclosed garden with full
use of all our facilities at Court Farm, it is only
a shortwalk away and enjoys a quiet location.Oak kitchen
and furniture,raised patio terrace.

Over the years we have come to understand
what facilities contribute to make your holiday extra special.
We aim to provide a home from home experience. Our kitchens
are fully equipped with all modern appliances and all properties
have access to washing machines at no extra cost. Two coin
operated tumble driers are located in the courtyard drying
room.

property to property. Below we have listed what you can expect
in your accommodation together with any extras that is accommodation
specific.
