our self-catering holiday cottages offer top quality comfortable
accommodation, and all have panoramic views from all their
windows. |
| With a hot tub, and fishing lake, and
plenty of space for barbecues, picnics, ball games and
kite flying, its the perfect place for year round holidays.

| Trebell is a quiet hamlet just two
miles from the village of Lanivet. Part of secret Cornwall
- little known by people outside the immediate area, and
just 2 miles from both the A30 and A38, so, perfectly
situated for exploring the whole county. |
| Tor View Farmhouse - Sleeps 8 + cot |
| Tor View is a large, detached, traditional-built,
old Cornish farmhouse comfortably sleeping 8 people. It
offers four bedrooms, two doubles, a large twin, and a
smaller twin, with a single bed, and a cabin bed. There
are two bathrooms, both fitted with over bath showers.

| The farmhouse is fully centrally heated,
with a log-burning stove set in a huge stone fireplace
in the living room. |
| Traditional in many ways, but with
all the modern conveniences you would expect including
washing machine, separate tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer,
microwave, payphone, colour TV, DVD, video, CD player,
vacuum cleaner and hair dryer. Outside in the private
garden, is a patio with garden furniture, and a gas BBQ.

| Dairy Cottage is set in an open courtyard
with panoramic views of open countryside from all windows,
you will find Dairy Cottage the ideal place for either
a quiet get away, or a safe haven to bring the family
of all ages, and is also suitable for the partially disabled.
We offer two bedrooms, one double and one twin. |
| The open plan kitchen/dinning, and
living area has a colour TV, DVD, and video player. The
fully fitted modern kitchen with gas cooker, fridge/freezer,
microwave and dishwasher, electric hand mixer, and an
abundance of utensils, pots, pans and serving dishes.
The bathroom is fitted with over bath shower. |

garden where the hot tub is situated, there is a large
gas BBQ. |

| The Old Workshop is set

to Helman Tor from all windows, The Old Workshop is also

| Walkers - we are the mid-way
point on the Saints Way, a footpath running from Padstow
on the north coast to Fowey on the south. We can taxi
you to a start point or collect you from the finish. |
| Food Lover’s - no need to spend
all your time cooking Cornwall is full of good places
to eat. Most people will know of Rick Stein’s excellent
fish restaurants in Padstow, but there are many more including
Trewithen in Lostwithiel and many more great pubs with
restaurants in Bodmin, Lostwithiel and our own village
Lanivet. |
| Fishermen - our small private
lake is stocked with carp, roach and tench. If you prefer
sea fishing, boats can take you out from the harbours
of Padstow, Mevagissey or Looe. |
| Beach Lovers - there is easy
access to both north and south coast. A two minute drive
to the top of Helman Tor in the morning will give you
a clear view of both coasts enabling you to decide which
coast will enjoy the best weather. |
