The Beach House is a 200 year old fisherman’s cottage set high on the cliff above Newquay harbour, with magnificent panoramic views, across Towan Beach and the bays beyond. Its central location ensures that everything, including the beach, restaurants, pubs and shops are only a short walk away and within easy reach. The Beach House has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard throughout and is fully equipped with everything necessary for an enjoyable and relaxing self catering holiday. From the comfort of The Beach House you can watch the seals in the harbour, the surfers off the beach and sometimes, if you are lucky, the dolphins in the Bay. Whatever time of year you choose to stay - you can be certain of an enjoyable, relaxing break in warm and comfortable surroundings. |

Living area - The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, command breath taking views across Towan Bay & beyond, with access onto a private sun terrace. The lounge is cosy and full of character, and includes an open beamed ceiling and solid oak flooring. A light airy décor, TV/DVD and comfortable soft furnishings will help make you feel immediately at home - snug and relaxed whatever time of year you choose to visit. |

Bedrooms - The Cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms - 2 doubles and a bunkroom. All the bedrooms are simple, with coir woven carpets, hand made, bespoke wooden beds, and freshly aired white linen sheets and duvets. The largest double enjoys the views across the bay. |

Bathrooms - The ground floor benefits from a Mediterranean style wet room, including a WC, sink and large drench head shower – ideal for getting all the sand off when you return from the beach! The main bathroom is upstairs, and includes another superb shower, this time above a large bath with a panoramic view of the bay. Services - The cottage has full central heating and a combi boiler for instant, piping hot water. Beds are made up for your arrival, bed linen, towels and tea towels are included and changed weekly at no extra charge. Please supply your own beach towels. |
