Sail Loft - Sleeps 2
Sail Loft is a superb fully fitted luxury apartment sleeping two people in total comfort. From all areas there are stunning views out over the harbour and beyond. The apartment is centrally located, offers peace and privacy, and is a must for those who enjoy style and luxury.

The sitting area is formed around a cream leather corner sofa, large enough to seat six comfortably. A wall mounted plasma screen TV with DVD, stereo music centre. Sensitive lighting and great views make this a very relaxing place to be.

The views from Sail loft are unique and cannot be overstated. From your own Spanish style balcony, enjoy the stunning panoramic views of St. Mawes harbour and Falmouth Bay.

A full sized double bed and bedside cabinets, with a distinct marine feel make a comfortable sleeping area.

All the bed linen is of the finest quality, with crisp white duvet covers and colourful throws dressing the beds.

This galley style kitchen and breakfast bar is fully fitted with all the electrical appliances you would expect in a luxury apartment. These include, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, and microwave.

A power shower, WC and basin is provided in a generous sized room that has been tiled in a Mediterranean style.

Harbourside - Sleeps 6
Harbourside is an elegant and luxurious property on two floors, sleeping six people in total comfort. With its own private balcony overlooking the harbour, it is perfectly located in the centre of unspoiled St. Mawes.

With sliding patio doors opening onto a private balcony this area has stunning panoramic views out over the harbour and beyond. There are two deep sofas seating six adults with ease; also a plasma screen TV and DVD together with stereo sound system.

The views from Harbourside are unique and cannot be overstated. With its own private balcony overlooking the harbour, it is perfectly located in the centre of unspoiled St. Mawes.

There are three bedrooms; the master, with en suite power shower and WC, available as a double or twin bedded, another double and the third, with full sized bunk beds.

All the bed linen is of the finest quality, with crisp white duvet covers and colourful throws dressing the beds.

This large family sized kitchen and breakfast bar is fully fitted with all the electrical appliances you would expect in a family home. These include, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, and microwave.

The family bathroom is clean and stylishly presented, with full sized bath and power shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. A further WC is located on the ground floor.

At Harbourside there is an oak dining table and chairs for six people located close to a window looking out over the harbour and beyond, allowing you to dine and enjoy the sea views at the same time.
