1 Lower Saltings is located on Porthmeor beach on the ground floor. The private parking space is beside the apartment. There is one step over the front door and 1 step down to the living room. There is a fabulous view of the beach from the window and the property is located within the centre of St Ives only a short level walk to the local shops and restaurants. The bathroom has a bath with 2 shower attachments.
