mill, Coombe Mill is now a beautiful and secluded hamlet of
picturesque holiday cottages, Scandinavian and riverside lodges
set amidst an idyllic private estate. Tucked away in a lush
woodland valley, you will sense the peace and tranquility from
the moment you arrive. |

amidst the beautiful grounds and purpose-built play areas to
experiencing the magic and freedom of the farm. |

managed, our two fishing lakes provide a tranquil backdrop for
the holiday angler. |
| Coombe Mill's location,
in St Breward near Bodmin, makes us an ideal base for exploring
Cornwall. Just a short drive from Coombe is the spectacular
North Cornish coast with its towering cliffs, pure white sandy
beaches and pretty harbour villages. |

cottages look out onto beautifully landscaped gardens. The riverside
lodges all have beautiful views over the river and valley and
are surrounded only by lawns and woods ensuring tranquil peace
and quiet. Designed for today’s modern family, our Scandinavian
lodges are new, contemporary and spacious. |

bedroom property to sleep 9 people in 2 king size
bedrooms, one double, one twin and a single. It
is spacious, has 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite) and a separate
downstairs toilet. A farmhouse kitchen, living room
and grand hall complete the interior. The conservatory
leads to a private enclosed patio and garden. |

this popular cottage has a welcoming open plan living
room and kitchen with warming wood burning stove.
There is a large bathroom, pretty twin bedroom and
woodland views from the four poster double bedroom. |

| Beautifully converted from the
old stables, Roots is now a cosy cottage for two
with a pretty four poster bed and a wood burning
stove. It has lovely views overlooking the gardens
and is a favourite choice for honeymoons and late
season holidays. |

Lodges |
| The riverside
lodges at Coombe Mill all have beautiful views over the river
and valley and are surrounded only by lawns and woods ensuring
tranquil peace and quiet. All have sunny verandas and their
own garden furniture. |
| The lodges
can accommodate from two to six people and have a lounge/dining
area, full size bathroom with overhead shower, double bedroom
and a choice of twin beds or bunk beds with space for a cot. |

for today’s modern family, Eden, Heligan and Pencarrow are new
contemporary and spacious properties. With luxury leather sofas
and cosy wood burners for chilly evenings, the fixtures and
fittings are of the highest specification including a modern
fashionable kitchen with the latest home from home appliances.
They sleep 7 in 3 or 4 bedrooms. All have en-suite master bedrooms
and a separate family bathroom. |

fishing is available all year round for the exclusive use of
our guests but guests must hold an appropriate rod licence.
We have two fishing lakes and private river fishing along the
banks of the River Camel. There are few limitations on the type
of tackle or bait you use or the time of day or night you choose
to fish, just come and enjoy! |
