Sandford is a 1940’s traditional
wooden beach chalet with fantastic sea views over
the bay to St Ives. Situated just a few meters away
from the South West coast path and a stone’s throw
from 3 miles of golden sandy beaches. The chalet
has been lovingly restored by the owners so that
it maintains a traditional beach hut feel but offers
up to date furnishings for a comfortable stay. The
chalet sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms and has a Sat
changeover day.
The lovely bright sunny interior
has a very ‘Cath Kidston’ feel with pastel hues
and pretty printed fabrics. The kitchen is fully
equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge,
toaster etc. The lounge/dining area is an open plan
L shape with large windows and sea views. The dining
table is situated in the bay window, which has a
side door leading on to a small veranda, perfect
for watching the sunsets! The lounge has a colour
LCD TV and DVD along with lots of books and games
to enjoy.
There are 2 double bedrooms
and a bunk- room with full size built in bunk beds.
All rooms have duvets and pillows provided but please
bring your own linen and covers as required. Sandford
has a toilet with wash basin and a separate shower
room. At the back of the chalet there is a garden
area with bench and table and chairs. Along the
little garden path you will find ample parking.
