Booking conditions:
Price is exclusive of electricity. This is obtained by means of a £1 meter. Cots and highchairs are available on request. Pets are strictly not allowed without prior consultation and charged at £25 per week per dog. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit (30% of total). Bookings made less than 4 weeks in advance will require full payment. Deposits are normally non-refundable. If a booking is canceled within the 4 weeks prior to commencement, and the property is not subsequently re-let, the balance is payable. The chalet must be left clean and tidy and all breakages not considered as normal ‘wear and tear’ must be paid for.
