Glenmoor is situated in the peaceful area of Carbis Bay, just 5 minutes drive or a 20 minute coastal walk from the bustling seaside town of St Ives. Situated at the end of a quiet lane, Glenmoor is a large detached family home affording breathtaking views over St Ives Bay with generous accommodation and large private gardens.
The entrance to the property has a porch which is ideal for kicking off sandy shoes and offers ample space for surf boards and beach equipment. This leads into the main house which has wood flooring throughout. The property is detached and has ample offroad parking. There is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and gas 8 ring double oven. Just off the kitchen there is a small utility room, which leads out to the garden, housing an automatic washing machine.
The lounge boasts a large bay window overlooking the garden and a very attractive gas fireplace. There is an LCD TV with freeview and DVD player. The adjoining dining room looks out onto the back garden. This is a lovely room to share family meals or just relax in.
The downstairs double bedroom has a large bay window and patio doors leading out onto the garden.
There is no land telephone line but there is ample mobile phone coverage and the property has wireless internet access.

Payment and Arrival
We take a 20% deposit on booking Glenmoor and full balance settlement 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
We take a £200 damage deposit cheque when you book which we keep until you depart.
Arrival is 3pm onwards and departure is 10am. Changeover is on a Saturday.

Glenmoor is in the enviable position of being within walking distance of all the local amenities that Carbis Bay and St Ives has to offer, as well a several golden sandy beaches and moorland walks. Carbis Bay beach is only a ten minute stroll and St Ives has three stunning beaches, one of which is excellent for surfing (and all are excellent for swimming). There are many restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets and several interesting art galleries, including the Tate, Barbara Hepworth and Leach Pottery. St Ives is a haven for shopping and quaint little local shops and trendy boutiques line its cobbled streets.
There is a supermarket within a 3 minute walk from the property.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the property with regular service to St Ives, Penzance and Truro. The St Erth to St Ives branch line is one of the prettiest journeys in the country and connects to the mainline station at St Erth to Paddington.
