Seaview is a stunning first floor apartment, decorated and furnished to a high specification. It is located just above Carbis Bay Beach with less than a 2 minute walk to the waters edge at one of the best beaches in the UK. You will have sea views from the lounge, balcony and both bedrooms.
The property is light and spacious, with 2 bedrooms and offers the option of a quality double sofa bed in the lounge for those of you who require more than 4 beds.

Carbis Bay is a great location and easy to reach by road or rail, with the small station a stones throw away - also giving you the option to take the 3 minute train ride into St. Ives and avoiding car parking particularly in high season. By foot into St Ives there is a picturesque and dramatic coastal footpath with great views.

From your King size bed in the master bedroom you will have views over the bay and to Godrevy Lighthouse. The lounge/diner and both bedrooms have Samsung TV's with Freeview. Towels and bed linen offer Egyptian Cotton quality giving you a luxurious feel.
The dining area can seat 6 people comfortably, plus you can also seat 4 people at the Kitchen table. New bathrooms were installed less than 18 months ago.
As you walk into the spacious Hall, you can walk into the lounge/diner 17ftx14ft, the Kitchen/Breakfast Room to your right - from both rooms you can walk onto the balcony where you can sit and have breakfast and catch the evening sun!
The master bedroom is 13ftx13ft plus the en suite. The 2nd bedroom 13ftx9ft has 2 single beds. Cot and High Chair available on request.

We think that this is a great location with the best of best worlds.
You have the quietness and relative calm of Carbis Bay, with a beautiful beach safe for children and adults - yet you are less than 5 minutes from the busy harbour of St Ives.
I have been visiting St Ives since I was a child and have great memories, not only of this area, but with so many seaside towns around it really is a great location for adults and children.

Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
No Pets.
A deposit of 20% of the total price is required to secure the property and the balance is due six weeks before the holiday start date.
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required with your final payment, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full.
Only Saturday to Saturday bookings are accepted between March and October.
Short breaks (min. 2 nights) are accepted between October and March or at late notice outside these periods:-
3 night breaks are calculated at 60% of the weekly rate, 4 nights - 70%, 5 nights - 80%, 6 nights - 90%.
Short breaks not accepted during peak weeks unless at short notice
Why not try a weekend break out of season: weekly rate typically £400 so you pay £240 for the weekend (3 nights)

First impressions were of a beautifully decorated & perfectly equipped apartment, all that before we noticed the most breath taking views from every window! We were blown away!
I cannot recommend the apartment enough. The communication prior to arrival was first class. The apartment is set in the perfect location, 5mins from one of the best beaches in Cornwall and 2 mins from the train that takes you into the centre of St Ives. The apartment itself is in a quite location with stunning views. The apartment is decorated to a really high quality and has everything you could possibly need, including cots and highchairs if necessary. The parking space is right outside and is a real benefit near busy St Ives. There are no negatives about my stay at Sea View, it was brilliant. Thanks.
We stayed at Seaview for our first wedding anniversary in September 2010 and are very glad we did. Ashley and Claire made every effort to make our stay welcome and comfortable and their thoughtful little touches were greatly appreciated. The apartment was immaculate, great tv in the sitting room and a good selection of magazines and games to take care of any wet afternoons indoors.
We had a great time at seaview it was a perfect location to have a base to tour cornwall plus the views were outstanding.
Can’t think of anything that was overlooked-the attention to detail was great - we particularly appreciated the quality of the furniture, bedding, fixtures and fittings, crockery, cutlery etc - it felt more like home, than a rented holiday apartment and this is what helps it stand out. We would love to come again.
