This attractive apartment was built in 2005 and benefits from 180 degree panoramic sea views from Godrevy lighthouse to St Ives harbour. The property is located in a quiet crescent on the much sought after seaward side of Carbis Bay. It sleeps up to six people. Access to the family friendly Carbis Bay blue flag Beach is a short 3 minute walk down the hill or, for those wanting an empty expanse of sand, the gorgeous Porth Kidney Sands is only a 15 minutes walk along the Coastal Path.
All fixture and fittings are modern and good quality. The aim is to provide holiday guests with a light, airy, comfortable property to use not only as a base, but also to relax in, unwind and enjoy.

Sleeping Arrangements
The apartment comprises a large en-suite master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. A second smaller room has a standard double bed and large built in wardrobe. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. We understand the importance of having a good night sleep on holiday and so the bedrooms are separated by two doors from the main living area to reduce any noise.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is simply magnificent and it too benefits from sea views. It has a fully integrated washer dryer, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, 4 ring gas hob and double oven with microwave. It has a double toaster and Kenwood mixer and liquidizer for making delicious breakfast smoothies. There is plenty of work space to prepare all your lazy lunches and brunches.
The Bathrooms
The main bathroom has a huge bath; big enough for two, plus a good pressure shower, heated floor tiles and heated towel rails. It offers the perfect environment to wash off the sea salt or to pamper yourself before a night out. The bathroom is equipped with a variety of mirrors, lighting and shaving outlets.
The en-suite bathroom is a wet room comprising of a large shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail and various lighting options. There is a shaving point located above the sink light and mirror.

The living area is open plan and split on two levels. It is blessed with 180 degree sea views with sliding patio doors which lead to the private balcony. The view can only be described as spectacular and you can often see seals and occasionally dolphins frolicking in the bay. There are two comfortable sofas ideal for a lazy afternoon reading. One is a recliner and the other folds out into a sofa bed where you can doze, looking out over Godrevy lighthouse.
There is a 37’’ LCD TV along with CD/DVD player and surround sound.
The balcony is an ideal setting to have a few drinks or simply sit and relax.
The dining area is located next to the kitchen and seats 6. There is a variety of lighting which can be set to suit the mood ranging from soft and tranquil to lively and bright.
Unfortunately no pets are allowed and there is no disabled access. We recommend the property to anyone wanting to be within striking distance of St. Ives but without the hustle, bustle and parking problems of what is considered to be one of the most popular tourist destinations in Cornwall. Carbis Bay station is 2 minutes walk from the apartment and the picturesque 3 minute train ride to St Ives is a tourist attraction in itself. For those wishing to stretch their legs it is only a 30 minute stroll along the beautiful Coastal path to St. Ives and its array of winding streets and picturesque beaches. There is parking for one car.
