The apartment is on the sought after seaward side of Carbis Bay and boasts one of the most fantastic views over St Ives Bay in the area. The garden is sheltered from the sea breeze and shared only with one other apartment. You can see all the way from the lighthouse at Godrevy to St Ives Harbour, having unique views over the magnificent Blue Flag Beach of Carbis Bay. This is an ideal place for both couples wanting a romantic getaway and also for family holidays, walking or visiting the many artistic venues in St Ives. The garden has direct access onto the coastal path, leading in one direction down the hill to Carbis Bay Beach, and in the other to the beautiful empty sands of Porth Kidney Beach at the Hayle River mouth.

Accommodation Details
The one bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with a four ring hob and double oven, fridge freezer and washer/dryer, wooden work surfaces, and a light and airy feel. It has a table to seat 4 for long relaxed meals.
The large bedroom has a comfy double bed, roomy wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a futon in the sitting room which opens to a double bed enabling 4 people to sleep comfortably. There are extensive sea views from the living room window. The sitting room features a small TV with integral DVD player. The apartment has a really light and airy feel, perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach.
The family bathroom has a bath and electric shower for washing away the sun cream, and getting ready for the evening’s entertainment.
There is a large communal garden shared only with the upstairs apartment which enjoys uninterrupted sea-views. There are tables and chairs both on the lawn and on the patio to enable you to enjoy the best of the outside space. In addition there is a small courtyard with an abundance of plants, creating a real afternoon suntrap.

Additional Information
We recommend the property to anyone wanting to be within striking distance of St. Ives and Carbis Bay Beach but without the hustle, bustle and parking problems of what is considered to be one of the most popular tourist destinations in Cornwall. Carbis Bay station is 2 minutes walk from the apartment and the picturesque 3 minute train ride to St Ives is a tourist attraction in itself, so there’s no need to use your car. For those wishing to stretch their legs it is only a 30 minute stroll along the beautiful Coastal path to St. Ives and its array of winding streets and picturesque beaches and wealth of restaurants. It is ideally situate to appeal to those wanting to walk the beautiful coastal path around Cornwall.
Unfortunately no pets are allowed and there is no disabled access. There is off road parking for one car. Long weekends may be available throughout the winter season. Please call for further information.
