Porthtowan’s beach is great fun for all the family. Fantastic surf for the more adventurous and plenty of rock pools and sand for the little ones.

Patrolled by life guards at peak periods the beach also benefits from the “Blue Flag” award for exceptional quality.

Porthtowan is situated in a designated area of “Outstanding Natural Beauty”. The area has recently been awarded “World Heritage Status” for its historic tin mining industry and the South West Coast Path, just a short walk from the park offers some fantastic sea views

Rose Hill is an exclusive holiday location. The spacious layout of the park ensures optimum privacy. The lodges are set within a wooded valley and sheltered from the Atlantic wind. This sheltered aspect offers a safe haven for all kinds of plants and wildlife.

The lodges and park have been designed, equipped and built to exceed the requirements of the Visit Britain Five Star standard along with the attainment of the Gold Award under the Green Tourism Business Scheme. Each lodge is “Eco” designed and built here within the village of Porthtowan using locally sourced sustainable materials. Each lodge is built to full residential specifications.
