Camping Park Rules, Conditions and General information.

Speed limit is 5mph on site, remember the children!

All camping fees are payable in advance before occupation of pitch at 12 noon. Pitches must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on day of departure. If you wish to arrive before these times an 'early arrivals' area is provided. Whilst the departure time is 11.00 a.m. campers are most welcome to leave their caravan or trailer in this area until 4.00 p.m. providing they do not use any of the camping park facilities.

All units must be pre-paid or may be removed from the camping park.

Radios and televisions must be kept at low volume and must not be audible outside owners caravan or tent.

The proprietor reserve the right to retake possession of the pitch if any person acts to the detriment of the Camping Park or any other person.

Whilst we welcome children, we ask that parents supervise the under sevens at all times when using the toilet and shower facilities, and to ensure peace and quiet after 10.30pm, parents or guardians must personally supervise the under 18's whilst on the Camping Park.

The swimming pool closes during adverse weather conditions. It is not supervised and parents are responsible for the safety of their children at all times. Dogs are not allowed in the pool area.

No refunds are given against dates firmly booked, or for early departures.

Cancellations
Unforeseen circumstances may make it necessary for you to cancel your booking. In this event we will endeavour to re-let if the cancellation is received by recorded delivery at least 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. If the accommodation or touring pitch is not re-let you are liable to the balance outstanding, and may wish to take out insurance against such an eventuality. Details will be sent to you on receipt of your deposit.

A maximun of two dogs per pitch are permitted on some areas of the park but must be on a lead at all times. Dogs cannot be left unattended on the park, we reserve the right to exclude certain breeds of dog and would ask owners of any aggressive dogs not bring them. Dogs are not permitted on Carlyon Bay beach but we do provide an exercise area and access to the coastal footpath is unrestricted. Please note fouling of the camping area will not be tolerated.

Pool, take-away and shop facilities may not be available early and late season.

Laundry facilities are coin operated.

The proprietors disclaim all responsibility for any injury to guests or in person or to their children whilst they are enjoying use of the equipment and facilities on site. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children in the playgrounds and the swimming pool areas.

The proprietors disclaim all responsibility for any injury or damage to guest's property or to their person or to their children by fire, theft, water or any third party or by any means whatsoever whilst they are on site. This includes acts of God, natural disasters, war, animals and insects.

The proprietors reserve the right to waive any particular conditions in individual cases or to amend or vary the terms and conditions as they may decide in their absolute discretion.

NO NOISE AFTER 10.30 P.M.

CLOTHES LINES ARE NOT PERMITTED, whilst drying racks are accepted.

BREATHABLE GROUND SHEETS ONLY ARE PERMITTED.

Visitors to your pitch must first obtain permission from the proprietors and must park their vehicle in the early arrivals area.

Carlyon Bay Beach is privately owned and normally there is no charge for pedestrian access.

Whilst much needed redevelopment of the Coliseum complex takes place the site has been fenced off. Visitors on foot are otherwise unaffected and will be guided along a well defined path onto the sands as usual. Please note that access to the beach is on foot only.
