property and holiday lifestyle. These three key services together,
offer a complete bundled package to manage and maintain your
holiday home. Nearly all our holiday home and second home owners
don't live in Cornwall so we are very experienced in working
with absent owners. |

| A full range of cleaning and housekeeper
services for holiday homes that include: Changeover cleaning,
linen hire, laundry services, toiletries, sundry items,
welcome packs, spring cleaning, steam cleaning and other
necessary cleaning or housekeeping visits. |

| We only use our own employed, uniformed,
fully trained and insured housekeepers (often referred
to as cleaners or caretakers). All our cleaning and changeovers
are checked by a member of our management team before
the holiday home is available to incoming guests. Our
Housekeepers are also fully equipped with all the latest
cleaning equipment in our company vehicles. |

manage and maintain holiday homes and second homes as

Holiday Property Management, Property Maintenance, ensuring
legal compliance, furnishing holidays homes and much more. |

decking and a whole lot more. Whatever needs managing
in your holiday home, our management team can provide
as little or as much help as you need. |
