| Holiday Home Service |
| This personalised service offers, domestic cleaning,
spring cleaning, laundry, carpet cleaning, window cleaning and gardening.
We can also provide a welcome hamper of food, household goods, catering,
information packs and flowers if required. |
| We will endeavour to provide you with any specific
services not mentioned above, upon request. Your requirements and
the regularity of service can be arranged to suit you. |
| Holiday Let Package |
| This package is tailored to the requirements
of the client and their property. It generally includes changeover
services such as domestic cleaning and laundry, welcome packs, food
hampers and flowers. |
| Additional services can include window cleaning,
gardening and patio maintenance, to be arranged as required. This
bespoke service provides the highest standard and consistency of
service necessary to maximise your investment. |
| Property Management Package |
| This is an ideal service when you live too far
away to easily and regularly check the property for damage (for
example, after a storm). As a key-holder we can provide access for
selected contractors when necessary, other third parties or the
emergency services in times of crisis. |
| In preparation for winter we can also organise
an annual schedule of works to put your mind at rest. |
