| Melborough House is spacious and light providing
accommodation for 9 people and a pet. It stands in a large south
facing garden and has parking for 2 cars. It was 'home of the
month' in Cornwall Today Magazine August 2007. |

| It is only 2 miles from the South coast
and the surfing beach of Praa Sands and the charming fishing
harbour of Porthleven with its restaurants and cafes. The North
coast and St. Ives with the Tate Gallery is half an hours drive
away. Penzance is 20 Minutes. |

| The village of Breage has a great pub and
a village shop and Post Office. There is a wonderful new playground
for children of all ages. |
|
| Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining
and living room which has slate floors and a big inglenook fireplace
with woodburning stove. There is a 2 oven oil fired aga. |

| There is a playroom on the ground floor
with stairs, which lead up past a beautiful arched window,
to a spacious landing off which is 3 bedrooms and the family
bathroom. |

| The master bedroom overlooks the garden
has stripped wooden floors and an antique fireplace. There is
an ensuite with a large shower cubicle. |

| There is a small childs room with single
bed. |

| Another double bedroom overlooks the garden
and has stripped wooden floors and an antique fireplace. |

| In the attic are 2 twin bedded rooms with
velux windows and stripped wooden floors. |
