The Barn
is located ½ mile from the A39 in a peaceful part of
the Cornish countryside. It is a 5 minute drive from
Wadebridge, a popular market town which is famous for
its 'Camel Trail' cycleway. The Barn is ideally situated
for visiting many local beaches and fishing villages,
the coast of North Cornwall and the rugged landscape
of Bodmin Moor.

many local pubs serving food and drink and the popular
town of Wadebridge has restaurants, pubs, take-aways,
a cinema and a variety of shops. There are many attractions
within easy reach including The Eden project near St.Austell,
Tintagel (King Arthurs castle), National Trust houses
and gardens, Padstow and Port Isaac and the golden sandy
beaches of Polzeath, Rock, Daymer Bay and Trebarwith.

has oak floors with some exposed roof timbers.
This spacious
barn is well equipped and has oil fired central heating.
The garden
is sheltered from the north wind and enjoys sun for
most of the day. Off road parking for up to 4 cars.
