WELCOME
Little Tregaddick is a
traditional granite cottage (semi-detatched with our
own), which was converted from an old coach house. It
was part of the stately home of Tregaddick dating back
to the 1850's.
It is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty,
by the Camel Trail which is a nature reserve, and is
great for cycling (you can cycle all the way to Padstow
if you wish!) fishing, birdwatching or just walking
the dog.
The cottage has its own private entrance and parking
area, and an outside patio area with furniture and a
BBQ is available for your use.
Downstairs
Enter through wooden french doors into the living/dining
/kitchen area, which has a fully equipped kitchen, full
size cooker, microwave, washer dryer etc. The dining
area has seating for upto 4 people, a cd player/radio
tv/video and a big squashy sofa. Electric (within reason),
towels, bedlinen are all provided. Centrally heated
(when neccessary) at our discretion but there are also
electric heaters available.
Upstairs
A double bedroom with its own shower/toilet, handbasin,
lovely views and lots of books!
We can take well behaved pets by arrangement for a small
charge, but pets must not be left alone on the premises.
Two local pubs and a restaurant within a ten minute
drive. Full week (low season ) from ony £185.
We regret, we do not accept children or babies due to
very high insurance costs.
