Nancherrow
Cottage is situated next to the oldest house in St Ives and derives its
name from a group of Huers' Cottages near Land's End and, more recently,
from Rosamunde Pilcher's book 'Coming Home'. |
 |
| The
cottage, which was originally a sail loft, has been constructed around an
original ship's mast which runs the full length of the property and has
now been tastefully renovated to become a comfortable character home. |
 |
Ideally
situated in the area of the town known as Downalong, Nancherrow Cottage
is literally steps from the Harbour, shops and beaches and close to the
Tate Gallery. |
| Guest
accommodation comprises of one double bedroom with private bathroom; one
kingsize double bedroom with en-suite shower and one twin room with en-suite
shower. All rooms have colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities and are
fullly central heated. |
 |
| For
breakfast we offer a choice of cereals, fruit juice, fresh fruit, prunes
and yoghurt followed by either the traditional 'full English Breakfast'
featuring fresh local produce, or local caught fresh fish, with toast, home-made
preserves and tea or coffee. Vegetarian options are also available. |
