| ABOUT OUR BREAKFAST |
| Breakfast is served downstairs at the Ocean Grill restaurant between 9-10am. Choose from our delicious breakfast menu. The views from the restaurant are just as magnificent as those from our rooms. We also offer our guests a 10% discount if they choose to dine at the Ocean Grill when staying at the Ocean Rooms. |

| TARIFF 2009 |
| • Rates are from £75 to £80 per double room
for two people sharing with breakfast. • A deposit of £50 per room is required when confirming a reservation in advance of stay (Deposits are non-returnable). • Cheques should be made payable to Ocean Rooms Ltd. • All reservations are from 2pm on day of arrival, and guests are asked to vacate no later than 10.30am on day of departure. • Children over 12 years welcome. • The Ocean Rooms is a non-smoking establishment. • Access to the Ocean Rooms is via a long staircase due to the elevated position of the rooms. Please take this into consideration if you are in any way less able. • Due to our harbour front location Ocean Rooms has no private parking. |

| LOCATION |
| You can reach St Ives by car, rail or by air via Newquay Airport. The railway station is just five minutes walk away. To find us simply walk to the harbour. If the sea is to your right, walk along the harbour side until you see the distinctive blue and white Ocean Grill/Rooms property on your left. |
