Where
to find us
Copper
Beech is set off the main road into St. Ives, in a quiet area
on the edge of fields and woodland. You do not need to drive into
the town and risk the hustle and bustle of the narrow streets
and the one-way system.
Arriving
by train
The main line from London or via Bristol arrives at St. Erth where
guests can connect with the frequent branch line service to St.
Ives. Taxis can be taken for a modest charge. We are about one
mile from St. Ives train and bus stations.
Travellers
by coach
St. Ives bus station is served daily by national coaches. Taxis
can be hired from the adjacent office.
Air
travel
Newquay airport is approximately 40 miles away and is currently
served by airlines from London - Gatwick or Stansted. Car hire
and taxis are available at the airport.
Directions
for drivers
Leave the A30 after the Hayle bypass and take the A3074 to St. Ives.
Proceed through Lelant village and Carbis Bay to the mini roundabout
at the Tesco superstore. Carry straight on for approximately 300
yards and turn left at the Cornish Arms. Turn immediately left again
into Steeple Lane. Bear left after 200 yards. A further 300 yards
brings you to Copper Beech, on the right just before the bridle
path.
Do
drive slowly up Steeple Lane - it's very narrow with Cornish hedges!
