We are located on the western side of St. Ives, situated within a short walking distance of the town and beaches. Ideally placed to take advantage of all the facilities and attractions the town of St. Ives and surrounding area has to offer.

ATLANTIC VIEW overlooks the magnificent sweep of Porthmeor beach and the internationally renowned Tate Gallery, the Island and the North Cornish coastline. Nestling around the haven of it’s picturesque harbour, St. Ives with it’s narrow winding cobbled streets, cosy fishermen’s cottages and labyrinths of alleys and steps invites the inquisitive to explore at every turn the history of the town and the numerous craft shops and small galleries which reflect it’s fishing and artistic heritage.

Relax and enjoy the panoramic views over Porthmeor beach and the Island from our exclusive sun patio.

ACCOMMODATION: Atlantic View is a three-storey family house with guest accommodation as follows:

ROOM 1

Middle floor - a double room with Kingsize orthopaedic bed. There is an en-suite shower room with toilet and washbasin.

ROOM 2

Middle floor - a twin bedded room with en-suite shower room with toilet and basin.

ROOM 3

Top floor - a double room with Kingsize orthopaedic bed with wash hand basin, There is a shower room with toilet adjacent for your exclusive use. This room has a magnificent sea view.

Tea & coffee making * Colour TV * Clock radio * Hair drier * Shaver point * Central heating.

* No smoking or pets.
* Fire regulations and a current fire certificate are in place.

Breakfast...

breakfast is an optional extra at £5 per person as a self service buffet style consisting of a range of cereals, fruit juice, yoghurts, toast and preserves, fresh fruit, tea and coffee.

If you require any special dietary requirements, i.e. soya milk or gluten free bread please let us know at time of booking.

The breakfast room is open between 8am and 10am. Many of the restaurants in town serve a full cooked English breakfast.

We are open all year!

Off peak season
(October to April inclusive)
From £40 per room, room only basis except bank holidays and Christmas and New Year minimum 3 night break £125 per person,

Peak season
(May to September inclusive)
£50 per room, room only basis exluding bank holiday, half term holiday, Christmas and New Year.

Although we do not have single rooms we can accommodate singles off peak for a supplement of £10 per night

CHILDREN
Our rooms are not suitable for additional children except room 1 which can accommodate your own travel cot.

Whenever possible we will endeavour to collect you from the coach/train station

Deposit for 1 week or more £100 per person. Deposit for less one night`s fee.

Should there by anything you feel we should be made aware of in order to ensure your comfort and safety whilst you are with us, please do not hesitate to inform us.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non refundable. Full payment for the entire booking applies to cancellations within 10 days from the day of arrival. We always endeavour to re-let the room, in which case we are very happy to refund the corresponding amount. We suggest that you take out holiday insurance to include cancellations.

There is an additional bathroom on the middle floor with toilet, bath and shower for communal use.
