| At Mount Elland we offer you a comfortable
and relaxing double room with ensuite & shower in a self contained
annexe with a lovely rural outlook. The annexe is part of our smallholding
which overlooks Stithians reservoir and has distant sea views to Mounts
Bay. |
| Your accommodation has it's own entrance
so you can come and go as you like! You have exclusive use of the
lounge with TV/DVD etc and a dining area with kettle, microwave and
fridge which you are welcome to use if you don't want to eat out every
night. There are of course several very good local inns in the area
that serve good food. |
| Whether you are on holiday or just
stopping one night on business Mount Elland is just the place to relax
and unwind! |

| Feel free to wander around our 12
acres and meet the chickens, ducks, geese, free range eggs, and if
you are into bird watching sit and watch the lake visitors come and
go as well as our ever present buzzards that hang on the thermals.
The winter is a particularly good time here for waders, as our end
of the lake is a bird reserve. |
| The other end of the lake has a water
sports centre and we can store your trailer etc if you are bringing
boats down. We are 5 miles from Falmouth with all it's super water
based activities, and 5 miles from Redruth where you may like to trace
your genealogy with the help of the famous Cornish Studies Library.
The Lizard with all it's beauty is also about 5 miles and we are only
3 miles from Carn Brea and the bike trails that wend all around the
mining communities, so we are well placed for whatever you enjoy doing! |
| Our rates are straightforward £30
per person per night with NO single supplement, we also offer a 10%
discount for 6 nights or more and have an out of season reduction
from Oct 1st to March 31st. The price includes a good breakfast of
course, with lots of fruit and extras included, and we can cater for
special diets, just let us know in advance! We look forward to meeting
