THE
KENT HOUSE SUITE
is a different concept in B/B as we cater for TWO persons only
at any one time, you have your own private entrance (stairs at side of
the house) with quality accommodation - A spacious suite with large dormer
windows, with sea views from the lounge & bedroom (Double Bed) toilet
& shower. Lounge with sea view of St. Ives Bay, tea & coffee making
facilities, & Plasma TV with free view. Your hearty Continental breakfast
is served on a tray in your lounge in a relaxed & informal atmosphere,
at a time agreeable to you.
We are only 20 mins walk away from St. Ives on a beautiful coastal walk
accessible through our rear gate. Carbis Bay Beach (Picture further down
page) is just 10 mins walk just below us. We have numerous very good restaurants
in St Ives, a very nice friendly Pub 5 mins walk, & also Tesco S/M
just 3 mins walk with a coffee shop that must have one of the best views
in the country.

The Kent house @ "Rosemerryn"
is in a quiet peaceful setting surrounded by mature gardens, & fish
pond. Parking in our grounds. We are also well situated regarding sightseeing;
THE EDEN PROJECT 45 MINS DRIVE appx. LANDSEND 40 mins
appx. drive THE MINNACK THEATRE (open air theatre, stunning views)
the LIZARD POINT, also the city of TRURO for a days shopping
or visit the Cathedral, not forgetting the magical ST. MICHAEL'S
MOUNT & MOUNTS BAY near Penzance, all within easy driving distance.
St. Ives Bay & Mounts Bay are noted as two of the best Bays in the
World. St. Ives also has the Tate Gallery, stunning views here also,
along with our NEW Leisure centre just recently opened, so one
can now have a swim when it rains!!
