| Meneth Gwel is our home, which has rather outgrown
us, now two of our children have left! We already have a holiday flat,
and decided we could offer a pleasant stay for those wanting B&B,
so have fitted out two bedrooms to accommodate those travellers wanting
a less formal place to stay. We are very private, and quiet, with
a large garden, and lovely views across fields to St Michael’s Mount.
For those who have allergies, please be aware that we have two very
friendly, but very nosy cats, called Mackerel and Minnow who have
the run of the house, so a stay with us may not be appropriate for
you. |
| Accommodation . . . |

| Each bedroom is well-equipped and recently re-furbished
with a simple, fresh, look. Tea and coffee making facilities are available
in each room, and they also have a Freeview TV. One room is a double
bedded room, while the second has twin beds. Both rooms are on the
ground floor. |

| Although the bathroom is shared, it is on the
same level as both bedrooms, and is only for their use, as the family
have their own bathroom upstairs. It, too, has been recently updated,
with a modern, white suite in contemporary styling. |
| There is a dining room for guests’ use for breakfast,
and a recently re-decorated living room, in which guests may watch
television and relax, on returning from their evening meal. |

| Things to do . . . |
| We provide a good English breakfast, with fresh,
local products, and eggs from our own hens (when they are laying!).
This should set you up, ready for your trips around the West Penwith
peninsula – which we think is by far the most interesting, and beautiful
of all the areas in Cornwall! There are plenty of things to see and
do, and you are well placed for, among others, St. Ives, Lands End,
St Michael’s Mount, the North Cornwall coastline and all the beautiful
beaches in the area. Indeed, there is so much to see that you will
be spoilt for choice. |
