David & Lulu, who is a trained chef, welcome you to Hindon Hall an elegant Edwardian house built for a Colonel in 1907. Set in the peaceful village of Lelant, birthplace of the famous romantic novelist Rosamunde Pilcher, and not far from the quaint old fishing quarter of St. Ives, it is far enough from the bustle of the town to be a perfect retreat.

| We have three deluxe ensuite rooms, each one unique and with a wonderful view overlooking the tidal estuary to the Nature Reserve. For style and comfort there is beautiful Egyptian cotton bed linen, soft fluffy robes and towels, luxury toiletries, fresh flowers & bottled water, flat screen LCD TV's and CD players, clock radio alarms, trousers-press and a hairdryer in all rooms, plus a full complimentary beverage tray with lots of goodies. A tasty breakfast of croissants and fresh fruit can be served in your room. (Prior notice required) |

There is plenty of free parking in our own grounds and safe storage for cycles. We have two very good Pub/Restaurants and PO/General store in the village. The beach of Porthkidney Sands, West Cornwall golf club and the St Ives branch-line scenic railway are all minutes walk away, and we are situated on the SW Coastal Path (OS map Ref 543 369). There is also a very good bus service to St Ives, Penzance and Truro. Cornwall is one of the most scenically beautiful Counties in England with many varied attractions and Lelant is well placed for visiting most. It is within easy driving distance for the amazing Eden Project, Tate St Ives, The Barbara Hepworth Museum, Maritime Museum, St Michael's Mount, Minack Theatre, Land's End, Museums, Galleries, National Trust Properties, Sub Tropical Gardens, and the magical Isles of Scilly from Penzance heliport. |

& Conditions: Rates are per person when sharing double room. Single occupancy charged at 75% of double room rate but full room rate charged in high season. Daily rate will apply if different rooms are occupied during stay. A non returnable deposit of 1 night rate per room will secure your reservation, subject to availability. Cheques should be made payable to L.O'Sullivan Credit or Debit cards not accepted at present. Rooms are available between 4:00pm & 6:00pm on day of arrival. Please advise if arriving before 4:00pm or after 6:00pm Check out time on day of departure is 11:00am Minimum stay during high season is 3 nights (4 nights Easter) High season is July, August, September, Bank Holidays and Easter. Parking We have plenty of free parking in our own grounds. Smoking We have a NO SMOKING policy throughout the premises. Children Sorry we do not have facilities for babies or children. Pets We cannot accommodate any pets. Lost keys charged at £5. Cancellations; may we remind you that a holiday booking is a legally binding contract. If you cancel, you are still liable to pay, so it is in your own interest to arrange a Holiday Cancellation Package. Should there be anything you feel we should be made aware of in order to ensure your comfort and safety whilst you are with us, please do not hesitate to inform us.
