| David and Lulu welcome you to Hindon Hall and elegant Edwardian house styled and decorated in a 'contemporary Edwardian' style. We have plenty of parking in our grounds. Set in a peaceful village, birthplace of novelist Rosamunde Pilcher, and not far from the quaint town of St Ives (approx. 3 miles) Lelant village is well placed for visiting Cornwall's top attractions. There are two very good pub/restaurants in the village and a good bus service, also the St Ives branch line scenic railway is minutes away. We have the beautiful beach of Porthkidney, the West Cornwall Golf Club and are on the SW Coastal Path OS map ref 543 369. |  |

Relax in our delightful dining room, overlooking the terrace and garden, and enjoy an Aga cooked breakfast from our extensive menu. Croissants and fresh fruit can be served in your room if desired. Most diets can be catered for, as Lulu is a trained chef. We have a beautiful spacious lounge leading out to a delightful private patio area. On arrival, tea and biscuits can be served either in the lounge or on the patio-weather permitting! |

| We have three luxuriously appointed rooms with amenities that ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Each room is unique and stylishly decorated, and there are wonderful views looking out to the estuary and nature reserve. The beds are dressed with goose feather and down duvets, soft plump pillows and fine linen. In the ensuites, you will find fluffy robes, nice big bath sheets and top of the range toiletries. |

& Conditions: Rates are per person when sharing double room. Single occupancy charged at 75% of double room rate but full room rate charged in high season. Daily rate will apply if different rooms are occupied during stay. A non returnable deposit of 1 night rate per room will secure your reservation, subject to availability. Cheques should be made payable to L.O'Sullivan Credit or Debit cards not accepted at present. Rooms are available between 4:00pm & 6:00pm on day of arrival. Please advise if arriving before 4:00pm or after 6:00pm Check out time on day of departure is 11:00am Minimum stay during high season is 3 nights (4 nights Easter) High season is July, August, September, Bank Holidays and Easter. Parking We have plenty of free parking in our own grounds. Smoking We have a NO SMOKING policy throughout the premises. Children Sorry we do not have facilities for babies or children. Pets We cannot accommodate any pets. Lost keys charged at £5. Cancellations; may we remind you that a holiday booking is a legally binding contract. If you cancel, you are still liable to pay, so it is in your own interest to arrange a Holiday Cancellation Package. Should there be anything you feel we should be made aware of in order to ensure your comfort and safety whilst you are with us, please do not hesitate to inform us.
