The 4 Holiday
Suites and 3 bedroomed House are located in Gwithian, a Conservation Village,
on Cornwall's north coast between Portreath and Hayle. Surrounded by rolling
open countryside, parts of which are National Trust, and with access to
Gwithian Beach via a footpath from the village, makes Gwithian a favourite
with both local residents and visitors. With 2 Nature Reserves, a 15th
Century Church, two popular Pub/Restaurants, one in the village the other
on the beach, all ensure Gwithian as a popular choice for a long or short
stay holidays. Godrevy Lighthouse, just off the beach with its colony
of Seals and Paradise Park in Hayle, with its daily feeding of animals
and birds (with help from visitors!), are always popular attractions.
The
owners have a wide experience of travelling at home and abroad, and have
designed the Suites/Apartments to reflect their requirements in holiday
accommodation.
Each suite has either a Double bedroom, Triple bedroom, or 2 bedrooms (which sleeps up to 5 persons) with 2 Suites on the ground floor and 2 Suites on the first floor. All have Bath/Shower/WC, fully equipped Kitchen and Lounge with TV/DVD. Garden with Barbeque. Free car parking.
Godrevy House has 3 bedrooms - Master bedroom with Bath/walk-in Shower en suite. A Double Bedroom and Twin Bedroom share a separate Shower/WC. Fully equipped Kitchen, Separate Dining Room, spacious Lounge with TV/DVD. Small library. Private sunny Patio with seating. Parking for 2 cars. Linen, Towels, Electricity and Central Heating are included in the Suites and House tariffs.
Surfing Tuition is available from the Gwithian Academy of Surfing (GAS), a top Level (4) Surfing Academy based on Gwithian Beach, contracted to several local schools and collages with residents of the Suites and House offered a discount for surfing expenditure Tuition, Wetsuits and Surfboards. An accommodation and Surfing Tuition offer is available with free use of surfing equipment for the entire stay.
