Trehaida
Farm House is situated in peaceful open countryside in the
heart of Du Maurier country just a mile from Bodinnick with
the car / passenger ferry across to Fowey. Come and enjoy
a holiday seeing our lambs skipping in the fields whilst walking
in the quiet lanes. |
Bed and Breakfast AccommodationWe offer a warm welcome and have two comfortable centrally heated en-suite rooms - one family room and one double room. A traditional Cornish farmhouse breakfast is served in the dining room using fresh local produce.
Accommodation consists of one double en-suite room and one en-suite family room. The family room consists of a double and a single in adjoining room with shared facilities. Fully central heated. Open March 1st to December 1st.
Each double room contains:
- A television.
- Tea/coffee making facilities.
- A radio alarm with CD player.
- Full length mirror.
- Hair dryers.
- Ironing facilities are available on request.
- There is a lounge/dining room for the sole use of the guests.
- No smoking.
- Regrettably no pets.
- A large garden, with garden furniture and ample parking.
- Guests will be given a warm welcome with a pot of tea and cakes on arrival.
- Walkers and cyclists welcome, with secure sheds for boots and bikes etc.
- Children over 5 are welcome.
- Kite flying in the top field on a windy day (bring your own kite).
- Can walk in the fields among the sheep and lambs.
- Sheep shearing can be seen late May or early June.
- Arrival time 4.00pm - 6.00pm (Please let us know if you will be arriving outside these hours).

Directions
From Plymouth, take the A38 to Dobwalls. Left at Traffic lights, taking the A390 to East Taphouse.
On leaving East Taphouse take the first left onto the B3359 for Looe. At Lanreath take the unclassified Bodinnick Ferry road.
Travel 3.8 miles to Lanteglos Highway and take first left for Trehaida.
Follow the road, and the Trehaida signs, around to the right and
Trehaida Farm House is on the right.
