All our properties are inspected and graded under the English
Tourist Council Quality Assurance Scheme, gaining a three star
quality grading. In addition, since we only let our own properties,
and are not agents for other people, should any problems arise
we can quickly arrange to sort them out.
These holiday homes are available all year round, so why not
try a winter holiday in St. Ives? You may not get a sun-tan, but
you can enjoy the coastal walks, the parks, gardens and restaurants.
The art studios and galleries are open, and there is the wildlife
and ancient monuments where you can browse in virtual solitude
without the summer crowds. If you really want to get away from
it all and relax, come to St. Ives in the autumn or winter - you
will see how attractive the prices are too. So that your holiday
is as relaxing as possible, we include many features not normally
available in holiday properties. These include hi-fi's, video
recorders, dishwashers, microwaves, washing machines, central
heating - many comforts you would expect only to find in your
own home.

An exceptional house in a 1/2 acre garden, commanding superb
views over the sea, with large lawns ideal for family games, barbecues
or sunbathing.
There is ample parking space for at least three cars and the
house comfortably sleeps eight people, plus a baby, in three rooms.
The main bedroom has a double bed and a 2'6" single bed plus a
cot, the second has two 26" single beds plus one 3' bed and the
third has two 3" single beds.
The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, but there is an additional
shower room and toilet downstairs.
The large lounge and dining room leads through a porch into
the garden and is adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen.

A traditional granite house enjoying a superb position in an
attractive rock garden, with wonderful sea views from some rooms.
The garden, with its mixture of lawn, rocky paths and orchard
is always popular with children. The main bedroom, on the ground
floor, has a 5' double bed, whilst the two bedrooms upstairs have
two 3' singles each. A cot is provided. The toilet and bathroom,
lounge and kitchen are all on the ground floor.
The fourth bedroom, on the ground floor, can be a quiet refuge
from the rest of the house with twin 3' beds, a toilet and shower
room plus TV and easy chairs. It can be accessed either through
the main house or by its own separate entrance. Car parking for
up to three cars.

Ayr Bank comprises the maisonette and two flats. There is ample
parking space and a large garden for games or just relaxing. The
house enjoys wonderful sea views, particularly from the first
floor. You can enjoy an early morning coffee on the balcony while
the sun rises over St. Ives Bay - a beautiful sight to start the
day.

occupies half the house, with the two bedrooms and bathroom
on the first floor. The main bedroom has a double bed whilst the
second has two 3' single beds. From the main bedroom a door leads
out onto the balcony, offering beautiful views of the sea.

on the ground floor, has one double bedroom, a large lounge
and dining area, kitchen and bathroom. From the dining area, a
door leads out into the garden, there are good sea views from
the large windows in the dining area. A spacious and comfortable
flat for two people.

on the first floor has twin 3' beds in the bedroom and has access
to the balcony which is equipped with chairs and a table for your
use. A well laid-out flat which enjoys beautiful sea views.

19 Ayr Terrace is an end of terrace house divided into two flats,
each sleeping up to five people. Both flats are self-contained
and have separate entrances from the hallway and parking space
at the rear of the building. FLAT 1 on the ground floor, has two
bedrooms, one with a double and a single bed, the second with
two 3' singles. FLAT 2 on the first floor, also has two bedrooms,
one with a double and a single bed, the second small bedroom has
one 3' single bed. There is also a double sofa-bed in the lounge
and although there are six bed spaces, the flat is only let for
a maximum of five people plus a baby.

Primrose Cottage was originally a farm cottage but has been
extensively modernised to provide a comfortable holiday home about
400 yards from Porthmeor Beach and 500 yards from the town. There
is parking for two cars, and a patio to the side with table and
chairs. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, together
with the bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second
one 3' and one 2"6' single, the third has two single bunk beds,
best suited for children.
Primrose Cottage is the closest of our properties to the beach
and town.
