Surfing, Windsurfing and Sailing

Some of the best surfing in Britain can be found at Mawgan Porth, Watergate Bay, and Fistral Beaches. Lifeguards on all main beaches between May and September. Good waves, surf-hire and lessons available. Sailing and windsurfing mainly at Rock.

Walking and Bird watching

Seconds from the famous Atlantic coastal path, miles of National trust protected land. There are many recommended coastal/inland walks all around from 2 to 12 miles – booklet in apartment refers.

Cycling

From extreme to gentle - Camel Trail from Wadebridge to Padstow an excellent family outing - bike hire available, but book in advance.

Golf

Superb courses within a few miles:

• Trevose Golf and Country Club, Constantine Bay – 3 courses.
• St Enodoc Golf Club, Rock – traditional links with lovely views.
• Holywell Bay Golf Club – 18 hole seaside course, also excellent pitch and putt.
• Merlin Golf Club – 18 holes, only a few minutes drive away.
