TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF BOOKING
BOOKINGS
Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday between 4 May and 12 October. At other
times of the year bookings may be accepted for shorter periods. Please contact
us to check availability.
BOOKINGS COMMENCE FROM 3.00 P.M. ON THE DAY
OF ARRIVAL AND END NOT LATER THAN 10.00 A.M. ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE.
The Booking Form and the deposit must be received by the Proprietors before a
reservation can be confirmed.
LATE ARRIVALS If arriving after 7.00 p.m. please advise in advance so that
if necessary arrangements can be made for collection of your key.
PAYMENT
A deposit of one third of the total Charge to a maximum of £70 per week (
or £100 per week for overseas visitors ) must be enclosed with the booking
form. We are happy to take payment by credit/debit card over the 'phone. The balance
of the bill must be paid NOT LATER THAN 21 days before the date of arrival. Prices
are shown inclusive of V.A.T. at 17.5% and are subject to alteration should the
V.A.T. rate change.
By cheque or postal order, crossed and made payable to 'Treloen Holiday Apartments'.
By Credit Card , subject to 2% charge (no charge for debit card, i.e. Switch or
Delta). Sorry, we do not accept American Express or Diners Club.
OVERSEAS PAYMENTS
If not using credit/debit cards pay by International Money Order, or Bankers Draft
in £ sterling made payable to 'Treloen Holiday Apartments' (Other methods of payment
may be subject to Bank charges).
CANCELLATIONS
Deposits will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation and the balance will
still be due 21 days prior to the commencement date of the booking. However, if
we can re-let the accommodation a refund of the balance will be made according
to the proportion of the holiday that is re-let. PLEASE INFORM US AS SOON AS
POSSIBLE IN ORDER TO GIVE US TIME TO RE-LET THE ACCOMMODATION. Change to dates
or accommodation made after confirmation of your booking will be subject to a
£20 administration fee but please be aware that these changes may be treated as
a cancellation. No recompense can be made on holiday curtailed on or after arrival
date.
If the accommodation cannot be re-let you will still be liable to pay the total
cost of the booking and we strongly advise that you take out Holiday Insurance.
In the event of cancellation of any booking by the Proprietors the liability of
the Proprietors will be limited to a refund of any monies paid.
DOGS
Dogs are accepted by prior arrangement only on the understanding they are quiet
and well behaved and not allowed in the bedrooms. They must be kept on a lead
and exercised off the premises, and not left in the apartment unattended or on
the furniture. Own bedding and feeding bowl must be provided. ONE ONLY PER APARTMENT,
(the total number will be limited at any one time).
LIABILITY
The Proprietors do not accept liability for any personal injury sustained by any
visitor to the premises or loss of or damage to any personal property brought
onto the site, however caused.
OCCUPANTS
No accommodation may be occupied by more than the number of persons specified
on the Booking Form, and the number must not exceed the maximum as indicated on
the tariff. A baby counts as one occupant. Bookings are not transferable to another
party except with permission of the Proprietors.
These are family apartments and we regret that parties of all young men or all
young ladies cannot be accepted - except by prior arrangement. If in the opinion
of the proprietors any party causes nuisance or disturbance to others, they will
be required to vacate the premises without recompense.
ALL APARTMENTS MUST BE LEFT IN A CLEAN AND TIDY CONDITION
