Within a five-minute walk lie both the picturesque harbour at Mevagissey to our east with its many shops, restaurants, pubs, galleries etc, and the sandy beach with safe bathing and free public slipway at Portmellon to our west. The Eden Project is 10 miles away, and the Lost Gardens of Heligan just 2 miles. Centrally located on the south coast, ideally situated for exploring Cornwall.
Accommodation Information
All of our apartments face south with spectacular sea views overlooking the beautiful bay of Mevagissey.
There are two groups of apartments, Apartments 1 - 8 are on two floors fronting the garden, each with a private patio or balcony; and Apartments 9 -12 on a higher level all with private balconies. All apartments have panoramic views, their own patio furniture and are set in secluded cliff top gardens.
Each property is comfortably furnished and fully equipped including TV, DVD player, CD Player, radio, free WiFi, hairdryer, fully double glazed and centrally heated throughout during winter months. We also have a games room with table tennis, pool table and darts board.
Please note: there are steps to some apartments, if mobility is a problem please check first.
Apartments 9 -12 are set higher up with sea views over the flat roof of apartments 1- 8 below, with 10, 11 and 12 accessed from the flat car park level. Apartment 9 has its own private entrance accessed via 14 steps down, a 10m level walk and 15 steps up.

Mevagissey and the Surrounding Area
A writer once said: 'There is probably nowhere in England a finer specimen of the typical fishing village than Mevagissey. The little harbour with its pier and breakwater; the immense cliffs on either side; the crowded fishing boats; the crowd of gulls that half obscure the sky; the houses stuck in all sorts of ways on the cliffs, or crammed together in narrow streets on the little level behind the harbour, all combine to form a picture that lingers long in the memory'
In the incredibly narrow and attractive streets of this old fishing village the fish cellars of the past have been converted into the shops and restaurants of today and retain a most relaxing old world charm.
There is excellent fishing from the extended lighthouse quay.
Along the shore to east and west are pretty inlets and headlands with soft green pastures and cornfields sloping to the edge of the cliffs, and beaches and coves nestling in unexpected corners.
The surrounding countryside is a paradise for the walker.
The renowned 'Lost Gardens of Helligan' and the 'Pentewan Valley Cycle Trail' are both within 3 miles. The 'Eden Project' is 10 miles.
