It is our pleasure to
present to you Talland House. This unique and uniquely beautiful
property is world famous in literary circles as 'the childhood home
of Virginia Woolf', The famous author spent some of her happiest
days here, from her birth in 1882 until she was 12 years old.

Talland House is a splendid
late-Victorian villa, built in the colonial style and conveniently situated
on the edge of St Ives, above Porthminster Beach. From the property
guests can enjoy spectacular views across the world renowned St Ives
Bay towards Godrevy Lighthouse, inspiration for Virginia's best-known
literary work, To the Lighthouse. The town centre, quaint fishing harbour,
beautiful beaches and art galleries are all within five minutes walk.
Talland House Holiday Apartments
The house has recently undergone a total upgrade, with all flats and
apartments now equipped with gas central/electric heating and being
fully redecorated and refurbished throughout. CD players, TV and Video
Recorders have been introduced into all apartments. Flat 5 is also being
equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher.
