The town offers charming walks along the cobbled streets, past the quaint fishermen’s cottages and along the famous, picturesque harbour which boasts excellent restaurants, golden beaches and the Tate Gallery overlooking the stunning Porthmeor (surfing) Beach.

New to the self-catering market , this two bedroom apartment has a stunning sea view from the balcony towards the harbour and the coastguard station on the Island. The apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard with central heating, oak flooring in the bedrooms, oak floor in the lounge/dining area and grey slated tiles throughout bathroom, kitchen and hallway.
A comfortable retreat for four people. This luxurious spacious accommodation, with mirrored built in wardrobe in the double bedroom and the twin bedded room with wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside cabinets, all have new beds with quality mattresses and reading lamps for your holiday comfort and relaxation in mind.
The newly re-fitted bathroom has a slate tiled flooring and bath with electric shower over. The kitchen also has the slate tile flooring and is complete with electric oven and gas hob, a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine. The lounge/dining area with it's stunning oak floor is equipped with TV and DVD player, electric fitted wall coal effect fire, also a selection of DVD’s, books and games.
From the lounge you lead into the conservatory and onto the balcony where the sunsets here are spectacular! Enjoy and relax with a soothing drink at the end of the day and watch the sun go down or wake up the day with breakfast - fantastic!

We are Open All year
We are only in our 2nd year & this apartment is proving to be very popular because of it's great location and safe garage parking. We also pride ourselves with the personal contact with the customer & the cleanliness & well equiped, home from home comforts. Last year we had a refurbishment of £16,000 with new oak & slate floors, complete with new fitted bathroom & kitchen. This year we have refurbished the bedrooms from floor to ceiling to bring the standard up throughout the whole apartment with your comfort in mind.

Deposit required: 50% deposit required on all bookings by cheque or by bank transfer.
Payment is required in full if the booking is made within 8 weeks of the start date of your holiday.
A Damage Deposit of £100 is required. This is returnable in full within 7 days of completion of the holiday should no damage or loss be incurred. We reserve the right to withhold part of the damage deposit towards extra cleaning costs or when the electricity/gas has been abused. Any damage to the premises or equipment is fully chargeable. Please return all furniture and kitchen equipment to the place in which it was found on entry and leave the premises in a tidy and clean state.
The name of each occupant is to be listed with the ages of those under 21years. We will not accept groups of single persons under the age of 30 years of all male or all female parties in excess of two.
Arrival & Departure:
During high season the premises must be vacated by 9am on the day of departure and arrival time is from 1pm.
All keys must be returned at the end of the vacation. Failure to do so will result in a £80 fee as locks will need to be changed.
Cancellation:
In the event of a cancellation, for any reason, we will endeavor to re-let the property at the full cost and will refund all monies less a £50 administration fee, after the holiday has taken place.
