| The accommodation consists of fully
fitted kitchen with all electric appliances, main living room with
bed settee and chair, table with two stools, wardrobe, TV incorporating
free- view/DVD and radio/CD, full bathroom, full gas central heating,
tiled floor throughout with carpets in the lounge/bathroom area. Bedding
and towels supplied. |

| Additional Information |
| A damage deposit of £100.00 is required,
which is refundable. Free car parking is available within walking
distance if required. The property is owner managed so you are assured
of personal attention and high standard of accommodation. |
| Slipway Studio is let from Saturday
to Saturday occupation from 2pm departure by 10am, we ask that you
leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. |
| Consideration for a modest
supplement will be given to people wishing to bring a well-behaved
house trained pet. The studio is non-smoking. |
