This is the view from Seabirds House.

SEABIRDS
HOUSE is an Edwardian building which we have converted to make five
delightful holiday flats. It is in the centre of St Ives and within
minutes of the harbour, the surf beach, the Tate Gallery, shops and
restaurants. The views are truly spectacular.
THE FLATS sleep 2,4 and 5. They all have gas central heating
and brand new kitchens with gas hobs, fan ovens, and microwaves. They
are beautifully finished and furnished - mostly from IKEA.

FLAT 1, ground floor, sleeps 5 in 2 double rooms,
one with extra single bed. Bath and overbath shower. Washer/dryer. The
large sitting/dining room has a door to a large private terrace with
decking, pebbles and plants. There are superb views from the sitting/dining
room and the terrace. The flat has a parking space.
FLAT 4, second floor, sleeps 4 in a double (sea-view) and a twin
room. It has a parking space. Bath and overbath shower. Being at the
top of the house, this flat has the most stunning views, with sliding
glass doors to a small balcony from the large, delightful sitting room.
Good sized kitchen, also with sea views.
FLAT 2, first floor, sleeps 2 on a pull-down bed in the large
sitting room. The bed is very comfortable and is easily folded away
during the day, with bedding in place. A deep bay window gives magnificent
views. Bath and overbath shower.
FLAT 3, first floor, sleeps 2 in a small double room with en
suite shower room. The large sitting room has an excellent harbour view
from a smaller window, and a large bay at the back of the house.
THE COTTAGE - flat 5 - is an extension at the back of the house
and has no sea views. It has a stable door to an open plan kitchen/living
room. Shower room and pretty double bedroom. A delightful cosy and compact
holiday base for a couple or one person.
THE GARAGE is available to let on a first come-first served basis.
Sorry but no smoking, and no dogs.
ST IVES is a brilliant place for holidays all the year round.
Harbour, beaches, shops and restaurants, the St Ives Tate Gallery, and
Barbara Hepworth's house and sculpture garden are all just a few minutes
walk away from Seabirds House.
You can walk for miles along the cliffs. The village of Zennor where
D H Lawrence once lived is a wonderful 4 hour walk. There's a pub and
tea room there, and you can come home by taxi or bus. A shorter walk
around the island gives you the feeling of wild cliffs, yet it's actually
minutes from the town. You can get toSt Ives by train, and there are
plenty of bus routes if you want to explore the area that way. The bus
journey from St Ives to Lands End is one of the most beautiful in England.
