Entered by a door on the St Ives harbour front which leads to a shared landing. Off the landing there is a large lounge/diner/kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

The lounge and dining areas are spacious and very comfortable with fabulous views from a bay window over the harbour, an ideal room in which to relax and watch the harbour scene below. There is also a colour TV, video, DVD Player and hi-fi.

The kitchen is modern with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave.

The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and sufficient space for a cot (arranged on booking). Also off the landing is the front door to the staircase to the Quayside Apartment.
