Large self catering holiday accommodation for 2, a couple of minutes walk from the harbour beach and situated in the bustling St Ives High St.   Number 1 The Courtyard has many of the original features of this grade 2 listed building including what is reputed to be the oldest (and very large) bow window in Cornwall. This is located in a very large lounge-dining room which has a chesterfield couch, dining table for 4, attractive fireplace, high ceilings and original polished wood floor with scatter rugs. Sit in the window with a cup of coffee and watch the world go by in the High Street below. 

There is a colour TV, DVD Player, and a hi fi with CD player. 

The bedroom has a 4’6” double bed and solid pine furniture. The shower room has recently been refurbished to a high standard. 

The kitchen is well appointed with cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, etc. An entrance hall takes you out through the front door, down some stairs and into the private narrow courtyard which leads onto the bustling High Street through a secure door into the heart of the town but only a couple of minutes walk to the harbour beach (below).
