| This second floor penthouse apartment
is favoured with stunning sea views from every room. Access is via
a beautiful spiral staircase within a purpose built turret at the
side of the property. Equipped to the highest standard, fully carpeted
and with the benefit of gas central heating and double glazing it
is perfect for year round holidays. Double glass doors from the hallway
open into the sitting room with a balcony overlooking the ocean and
the Tate Gallery. The master bedroom with ensuite affords the panorama
of Porthmeor beach and headland and the second bedroom has views of
the harbour. Included within the rental rate for all bookings is the
use of the old police garage (5 mins walk) for surfboard storage/car
parking (16'8'' by 9' max with 7' standard door). Car parking is also
available accross the road from the apartment on barnoon public car
park (weekly tickets available). |

tables. Bedroom 2 also has a TV / combi video. Clients need
to advise us of their choice of bed layout when booking as all
bedding is provided. |

CD mini stereo and some games and books. The Kitchen is fully
equipped with Washer/dryer, dishwasher, double oven and gas
hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and even a 'Baby Gaggia'
Italian capuccino machine, Alessi electric kettle and matching
toaster and equipment. The bedrooms each have quality sprung
mattresses, wardrobes with shelves, large chests of drawers
and bedside tables. |

| Wave 5 is also a fantastic 2 bedroom
and 2 bathroom second floor Penthouse apartment next door to 6 and
ideal for families and friends holidaying together. Equipped to a
similar standard with balconies off the lounge and also bedroom 1,
both with views of the harbour beach and towards Godrevy. Car parking
is available outside on Barnoon pubic car park (weekly tickets available).
There is also free use of Garage 7, Parc An Forth which is a ten min.

| St Ives is a lovely historic Cornish
fishing village with a maze of cobbled streets jumbled with restaurants,
galleries, pubs and clubs. Its many attractions are activities such
as swimming, wind surfing, body boarding, walking, tennis, horse riding,
scuba diving and deep sea fishing. Of course St Ives has a history
in the pilchard trade and during the season there is an opportunity
to join 'Shanty Baba', to hear some of the local tales. Food is on
offer in restaurants, cafes and pubs offering fresh locally caught
fish. Some of these restaurants you may have seen recently on the
television. Early booking is recommended. Entertainment in the summer
can be found at the open air theatre not too far away. Other attractions
near by are the Eden Project, Flambards and the gardens at Helygon
close to the Helford river. The main attraction in St Ives is of course
the Tate gallery and that's open all year round and approximately
two minutes away from our apartment. |
