Bedford Road Apartment is a two bedroom, contemporary styled flat situated just yards from the busy streets of the bustling fishing town of St Ives, within easy walking distance to all the beautiful beaches, restaurants, shops and art galleries and yet in a very quiet and convenient location. The apartment sleeps 4 guests comfortably. It offers stylish and modern living spaces with the addition of a small, enclosed courtyard, ideal for alfresco style dining and drinking on a hot summers day. There are many unusual design features throughout the apartment adding to the bright and modern feel of this unique holiday home. And there are sea glimpses to be enjoyed too so you can check the surf at anytime of the day from the comfort of your holiday home.

You enter Bedford Road apartment through a communal hallway into the compact & funky styled kitchen, which gives you open plan views throughout your holiday home. To your right you find the stylish lounge with access to the sunny courtyard and the bright and modern bathroom equipped with a fantastic double walk-in shower. As you turn to your left you have the spacious sunny, bay fronted, twin bedroom, which offers sea glimpses over the roofs of St Ives onto the beaches of Hayle and beyond. Off the kitchen is the second, cosy, double bedroom that overlooks the secluded courtyard.

The apartment is fully furnished and is fully equipped catering for all your needs, including flat screen TV & free view, DVD washing machine/dryer, iron/ironing board, microwave etc. and if you have a young baby there is a travel cot, highchair and baby bath. There is also a little shed just off the courtyard to store all your beach and surf gear. Electricity and water are included in the rental as are duvets, pillows, blankets and bed linen. Please bring your own towels and tea towels. Fresh linen will only be provided once on arrival day. The apartment can be occupied from 3PM on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10AM on day of departure. Rents are from Saturday to Saturday. We are happy to quote you for out of season short and weekend breaks.

There is no parking directly at the apartment as with most places in the heart of St Ives, but you can pull up directly outside to unload. Stennac, Barnoon and other car parks are only a couple of minutes walk away and weekly tickets are available in all of the towns car parks. You can pay for the car parks over the phone using a credit or debit card.
