year. With its breathtaking rugged coastal scenery and seven miles
of golden sandy beaches it is easy to see why Newquay, the surfer's

Blue Reef Aquarium is situated on Towan Beach. |

| This first floor apartment has views
from the living area and both bedrooms which have a large balcony,
all decorated and equipped to a five star standard. |

| From the entrance of the building you have one
flight of stairs or you can get in the lift that will take you to
the first floor hall. |
| When entering the apartment you have a hallway
that leads you to both bedrooms, main bathroom, storage cupboard and
the modern open plan living/dining area, plus kitchen. |
| The living room is a good size and has a table
and chairs for 6 that can be extended to accommodate 8 plus sofas
that will comfortably sit 8 people with the great views over the golf
course and out to sea. The double sliding doors lead out onto the
large balcony. |
| The spacious main double bedroom has a TV and a
dressing room leading in to the en suite bathroom with W.C. There
is direct access to the large balcony and views over the golf course,
beach and out to sea. |
| The second bedroom is also spacious with a TV,
and has twin beds with the same great views. |
| The main bathroom is across the hallway
from the second bedroom and is fitted with a bath, shower over, WC
and wash basin. The kitchen area is open plan to the living area and
is very well equipped. |
| Heating is by gas for the colder months. This is
a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. Tariff includes bed
linen, electricity and heating. |
