Villa 102
Villa 102 is a ground level property and is reached via 10 steps. The villa is approx 200 yds from the beach with views to the sea and surrounding countryside. The main bedroom has a double bed and bedroom two has two further single beds, combined with a sofa bed in the lounge, up to 6 people can stay in comfort.The villa is equipped with microwave,tv,shower & bath and many other kitchen appliances. Outside there are two grassed areas which allow plenty of room for a spot of sunbathing or summer barbeques.

Villa 95
Villa 95 is a first level property and is reached via 23 steps. The villa has a double bed in the main room and two singles in bedroom two, there is also a sofa bed in the lounge which will allow up to 6 people to stay in comfort. Just 200 yards from the beach with spectacular views of the sea and surrounding countryside, this villa has a very large fenced patio which will give you plenty of space for summer barbeques and private sunbathing areas. There is satellite tv, shower& bath, microwave,washing machine, fridge and seperate freezer together with a good range of other kitchen appliances to make for a very comfortable stay.

About Millendreath

Millendreath Beach is a Mediterranean style complex tastefully landscaped into the wooded slopes of a picturesque Cornish valley. The family owned villas are all solidly brick built and have either large concrete patios or extensive grassed areas. From all of them it is a short stroll directly onto the safe sandy beach. Millendreath is so secluded that you may have difficulty finding it on a map, yet it is close to some of the best known spots in the West Country. There are coastal walks with breathtaking views in either direction, woodland walks that start from your door and picnic areas in scenic locations. When the tide is out you can walk along the beach to the well known fishing port of Looe, or if the tide is in you can stroll the mile and a half along the coastal cliff path.

You can forget the car at Millendreath, it has such a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Sit and soak up the sun in this sheltered south facing suntrap valley.

If you do want to explore, what is already being described as "The Eighth Wonder of The World" the Eden Project!is only 25 miles from Millendreath, combined with The Lost Gardens of Heligan (at approximately the same distance) makes for a fantastic day out for the young and older alike.

The beautiful old fishing port of Mevagissy is 27 miles away and even the north coast towns of Newquay and Padstow are within one hours driving time at 37 miles from your Millendreath Holiday Villa. The old fishing port of Polperro is 5 miles away, but if you would like to try a spot of fishing for yourself you can hire a skippered boat in Looe for deepsea,shark,conger or mackerel. Other amenities close by include horse riding stables,golf courses,sea and course fishing and the Monkey Sanctuary. For the more adventurous holidaymaker you can even learn to Scuba Dive at the famous Looe Divers.

You will never run out of things to do at Millendreath, yet you can be as relaxed and secluded as you wish. Millendreath is the ideal location for somewhere quiet and restful, close to the beach but always with somewhere to go if the weather takes a turn for the worst.

Conditions of Bookings

Holidays are booked from Saturday to Saturday.

The villas are available from 4pm (earlier arrivals by prior arrangement) on the day of arrival and are to be vacated by 10am on departure day. The bookings will be held provisionally for one week while awaiting the initial deposit (£100), the balance to be paid 28 days before commencement of your holiday.

Bedding is supplied for the two bedrooms and blankets are available for the sofa bed,we also give a credit on the electricity meter for £15 for each week of your holiday (any excess can be purchased in the form of pre-paid cards on site). There is a cot available if required for smaller children, unfortunately we do not supply bedding for the cot. Sheets and pillowslips would be needed for the sofa bed if it is to be used. Pets can be allowed, although there would be an extra charge for cleaning the property.

We regret we cannot cater for large single sex parties.

A copy of the completed booking form will be returned to you as a receipt along with an optional holiday insurance form.
