Seascape
is a Modern apartment with wonderful coastal views as far as the
eye can see. It is an apartment that would please almost any holidaymaker
looking for a quiet peaceful and relaxing holiday.
Situated in the
village of Mawgan Porth just 5 minutes walk to a sandy beach with
lots of cliff walks nearby, ideal for holidays at any time of the
year. In the months of April, May and June, you will benefit from
light nights, mild climate and fewer visitors, enabling you to enjoy
the beauty of Cornwall at its best.
The breathtaking
Atlantic coastline on a wild winters day has to be seen to be believed,
many visitors now come to Newquay and District during the off season
period to relax and enjoy the laid back atmosphere or Cornwall.
Seascape is fully heated and equipped for those short off-season
breaks or longer if you feel the need.

There many good restaurants just a few miles away at Padstow such
as Steins Seafood Restaurant, or more locally the village pub for
a good pub food.
The whole or the
dramatic Cornish Coast with its rugged cliffs, small coves and sandy
beaches are all within easy reach of the apartment. Village Pub, shop
and Restaurant 1 Mile, Supermarket 7 miles.
We are only 30
minutes drive away from the now famous Eden Project an absolute must
while visiting Cornwall.

The
accommodation consists of open plan Kitchen, Dining Area and Lounge.
There are two bedrooms, One room is a double room the second is
a twin room. There is also a fully fitted bathroom.
We provide bed
Linen and the first £5 of electricity.
In the interest
of those people who suffer allergies and in the interest of hygiene
we do not allow any pets at the apartment.

Conditions of Booking: The
person making the booking must be 21 years or over. Couples only.
Bookings are
from Saturday arrival 2.30pm to Saturday departure 10.00am. Short
breaks out of season by special arrangement.
Prices listed
on tariff for the apartment for 1 week for up to 4 Persons.
Linen, and £5
of Electricity are included in the price. £1 coin Electric meter.
In the interest
of those who suffer from pet allergies, pets are not allowed.
A 25% deposit
is payable when booking, the balance is due 28 days before arrival.
If the balance is not received by the due date, the accommodation
will be re-let. No reminders are sent.
If the booking
is cancelled every endeavour will be made to re-let the accommodation,
how ever failure to re-let will make you liable for the full price
of your holiday. We therefore recommend that you take out a holiday
cancellation insurance to guard against any loss of money due to
unforeseen circumstances.
m the interest
of neighbours, tenants must ensure there is no unreasonable amount
of noise within the apartment or garden. We reserve the right to
evict anyone who causes excess disturbance.
Outgoing tenants
are expected to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition.
For the purpose
of maintenance or in an emergency, management reserve the right
to enter the property at any time.
If Due to any
occurrence beyond our control the accommodation is not available
as booked (e.g. Flood or fire), all monies will be refunded in full
but there will be no further liability towards the hirer.

Trenance is on
the main road almost midway between Newquay and Padstow.
The local beach,
Mawgan Porth, with its golden sands and magnificent surf, is just
a few minuets walk from your accommodation.
How to find
us: Heading
towards Padstow on the coast road take the next turning left (approx
300 yards) after the telephone box at Trenance. Click

A picturesque
walk along the cliffs will take you to one of our local beauty spots
-Bedruthan Steps.
There are no
fewer than a dozen sandy beaches within 6/7 miles, all different
and delightful - and never overcrowded even in the height of the
season.
Tenants will
be responsible for any damage to property or furniture and will
be asked to pay
the cost of replacement. Doreen
and Peter, the proprietors of Seascape live on the premises in the
ground floor flat,
and will endeavor to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Self-catering
holidays offer you the freedom to come and go as you like, to enjoy
the pleasures
of Cornwall at your leisure.
