Mount Wise is a spacious Victorian town house
situated in the heart of Falmouth.
2 Mount Wise is situated on the ground floor and offers views
out to the headland, Pendennis Castle and Falmouth Docks.
The apartment is well located for those who would like to explore
the area by water / foot / cycle / train or car.
The accommodation sleeps 2/4.

| The Accommodation |
| The apartment has a newly fitted
galley style kitchen. There is a double ceramic sink, wooden
worktops, gas hob and electric oven. The kitchen is well equipped
with saucepans and cooking equipment. |
| The living room is a beautiful
light and airy space with a bay window with views over the headland
and docks. There is a Victorian fireplace, a large 3-seater
sofa and a sofa bed that will comfortably sleep a further 2
adults. There are a selection of books, DVDs and a CD player/
stereo. |
| The bedroom has a wooden double
bed, which faces french doors that lead out into a conservatory/
artist’s studio. The bed has a double duvet with bed linen and
extra blankets provided. |
| At the rear of the property
there is a small shared courtyard. The rear of the property
enjoys afternoon sunshine. |
| The bathroom has
a toilet, sink and a large old-fashioned bath. |

| The Location |
| The apartment is situated just
minutes from the waterside, beaches, town centre and station.
You can walk down into town, 2 minutes, to enjoy the excellent
selection of bars, cafes and restaurants. It is approx 10 minutes
walk to the the Prince of Wales Pier, from which it is possible
to take boat trips / ferries to Flushing, Trelissick Gardens,
St Mawes, Truro and the Helford River. The Maritime Museum is
approx 5mins walk away. Falmouth Town Station is a 3-minute
walk; from here it is possible to take the train to Truro and
other mainline locations. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Gyllyngvase
beach and from here you can continue to explore the local coastline. |

to bring their own towels.
• Rates are from
Friday to Friday.
• The apartment
can be occupied from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated
by 10 am on the day of departure.
• One third deposit
secures booking.
• £100 cleaning
and damage deposit (refundable) is required with the final balance
4 weeks prior to your stay.
• Unfortunately
the accommodation is not suitable for pets. |
