Views and access are towards the pretty courtyard and garden. Stairs rise from the kitchen to the luxury bathroom with its roll top bath, sink and wc. The bedroom/sitting room has a delightful antique styled double bed, sofa, desk and wooden window shutters. There is also a CD/radio player, TV and DVD.

The apartment is situated within a 5 min walk into the town centre. The waterside, beaches and station are also to be found in close proximity. Falmouth has an excellent selection of art galleries, bars, cafes and restaurants.

It takes approx 10 mins to walk to The Prince of Wales pier, where boats and ferries leave at regular and frequent intervals to Flushing, St Maws, Trelissick Gardens, Truro and The Helford river passage. The famous Maritime Museum is approx 12 mins walk away. Trains leave regularly from Falmouth and Truro to St.Austell, nearby which can be found the world famous Eden Project.
