| The apartments range from one to four bedrooms
and can comfortably sleep two to eight guests. Each apartment
is individually furnished, fully equipped and beautifully maintained
to a very high standard. The extensive gardens include sun loungers
and barbecue facilities. There is ample parking spaces for all
apartments within the grounds. |
| The Cheviot enjoys stunning views of the
Gannel Estuary and surrounding countryside and is just minutes
away from Newquay's world famous surfing beaches and breathtaking
coastline. |
| Newquay is ideally situated for touring
Cornwall and is within easy reach of famous attractions such
as the Eden Project, Tate Gallery and the National Maritime
Museum. |

| All apartments are completely self contained,
they comprise a lounges with colour television and video. A
kitchen/dinning room fully equipped with cooker, fridge and
microwave. |
| Gas and electricity charges are included
in the tariff, as is heating in the winter months. A washing
machines and tumble dryer with meters are available in a separate
laundry room, a drying area is also provided in the rear garden.
Bed-linen, pillows and duvets are provided. Towels are not provided. |
| Ample parking for all apartments is available
within the grounds. A south facing patio with loungers and barbecues
is situated in the rear garden. |

for two people |
| Situated alongside the main house. The accommodation
comprises of a lounge/kitchen with colour television, video,
DVD and freeview. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker,
fridge and microwave oven. The Apartment has a bathroom with
toilet and shower plus one double bedroom. |
| Apartment 2 - three bedrooms accommodation
for six people |
| Situated alongside the main house. The accommodation
comprises of a lounge/kitchen with colour television, video,
DVD and freeview. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker,
fridge and microwave, a bathroom with toilet and shower and
three bedrooms - two doubles and one twin. |
| Apartment 3 - four bedrooms accommodation
for eight people |
| The apartment has its own private entrance
and is situated on the upper floor of the main house and has
stunning views of the surrounding countryside, a wooden bridge
crosses to the raised rear garden with barbecue, patio and pool
area. |
| The accommodation comprises of a lounge with
colour television (Freeview), video and DVD players. Fully equipped
open plan kitchen and dining room with electric oven and hob,
fridge\freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Spacious bathroom
with toilet, bath and separate shower and an additional separate
toilet. The apartment has four bedrooms two doubles, one twin
and one with full sized bunk beds. |

for eight people |
| Situated on the ground floor of the main
house with its own private entrance. The apartment has a spacious
open plan lounge and kitchen, 4 bedrooms, bathroom (with shower,
bath and toilet) and a separate toilet. The lounge comfortably
seats eight and has a colour television (with Freeview), video
and DVD players. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric
oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Bedrooms
comprise of 2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms with ample storage.

| Cheviot Apartments are within easy reach
of Newquay’s town centre and golden sandy beaches - approximately
3 minutes by car. Trenance boating lake and gardens are 5 minutes
walk away. Newquay Zoo, horse riding stables, tennis courts,
bowling green, swimming pools and Waterworld are also situated
close by. The Cheviot is ideally located for rural and coastal
walks. |
| The Gannel Estuary is tidal and has a large
variety of wildlife. It is home to some 5,000 birds including
egrets, herons, godwits and greenshanks. The surrounding area
contains historic bronze and iron age settlements. |
